    • If you wish to cancel before the service date/time, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation requests made after this period will not be eligible for any refund.
  4. Equipment Rentals
    • Once medical equipment has been delivered, installed, or used, no refund will be provided.
    • In case of malfunction, we will provide repair or replacement, but no refund will be processed.
